Explanation:

It is very recommended that Children actively play and Caregivers can promote such by;

1. Embarking on activities to get children to play at least twice a day. Caregivers should come up with and lead activities that can encourage kids to engage in actively preferably more than twice a day.

2. Providing proper attire.

Caregivers should endeavour to provide safe clothing for children so that they may play with less of a risk of injury.

3. Cheering them on.

When the children play, caregivers should encourage them with words that will spur them to play more e.g, "Great Kick "," perfect jump "

4. Researching Methods to boost activity.

Learning never stops and information can be shared. Caregivers should endeavour to find out from other caregivers and children oriented Organizations about other ways to keep children active.

5. Limiting Screentime.

Kids of today don't go out as much as in the past because they have digital media to keeo them entertained. When they aren't watching animation on television, they are playing a game or they are browsing the net. Limit their access to such things so that the children can go out and play.

6. Engaging

When taking the children to play, Caregivers will do well to go in the play as well because the kids will not often than not show more interest if the caregiver is engaging in the activity as well.
