Quote 2: I think it means that when a leader is widely known they can become cocky or stressed.when one isn't known for what they are doing they aren't treating it like a job and instead only help because they feel like they can do something useful/important.So when they have fulfilled themselves will not rely on someone else because if that person can't help with everything they won't have as big of a problem.

I would have to agree because you shouldn't put all your faith into one person as they too are only human. (Then again you can come up to your own conclusion.)

Quote 3: I think it means a leader/ruler will not have the time or resources to appease everyone. And will instead have to satisfy the majority not minority as more people will be pleased.

I would have to agree and disagree to this quote as most of the time a ruler will make the decision of agreeing with the majority but only if that decision is the obvious write one. As sometimes the majority might be wrong while the majority in the write. (Then again you can come up to your own conclusion.)

Again like I've said before i'm not completely sure that i'm correct but these are my best explanations and opinions.
