phone on lock and try to really understand the material you’re learning. make it a game and try to have fun with the notes you take. with colors. music is an option as well :)

Answer: Don't FaceTime someone while doing your work, listen to calming music wear headphones, stay in a room where people can't distract you, and tell your family or whoever you're with not to distract you so you can have time to yourself.
