It changes because the people that actually live there can give more detail. The people who actually live there can tell more history on the neighboorhood. They can also explain alot of things better than an average person who doesnt live there
Answer: It would give perspective and credibility. Coming from people whove lived and experienced living there, they would know what actually happens. Rather than outsiders who only see a fraction of what happens.
