Answer:

Hey again!

first memo:

the date says October 9

the memo is to the mom

the message says "I'm not going to grandmother's on Saturday. i am going to the movies with ちえこさん and her mother. I am going to eat popcorn. I am going to drink Cola"

the memo is from たかこ

second memo:

the date says November 28

the memo is to her teacher, Mr/Ms ふくい

the message says " it is Kara's birthday this Tuesday. I am going to a party with ケイト , ゆき , and さなえ. I will eat dinner. I will also eat cake. I am not going to tennis practice. sorry. "

the memo is from Emma

Explanation:

By the way, letter-wise, へ mean "to" and より means "from". for the second memo keep in mind that the reason its "i will also eat cake is because the Japanese sentence includes も while the first memo does not have one in the sentence "I am going to drink Cola". An example of this is ”プールで遊びます。アイスクリームも食べます" this sentence says "I am going to play in the pool. I am also going to eat ice cream." even though these sentences don't include "I" there's pretty much an invisible one there since Japanese sentences don't necessarily need a subject when it refers to people. I don't know how much Japanese you know so  :P hope this helps idk it makes me happy to know i can actually dooo something with knowing Japanese :)
