This is a very open ended question, but there are 3 or more ways to help lead a healthy life.

1. Eat healthy. Your body wants healthy food! Eat the desired amount of vegetables you need, and drink alot of water! Eating healthy is good to prevent health conditions.

2. Exercise. 150 minutes of aerobic activity is recommended to live a healthy lifestyle. Your body will thank you!

3. Give yourself meditation days. Your brain is always at work and should get a rest day too! Meditation can help truly relax yourself.

You could possibly

1.) Get enough sleep per day, (usually around 8 hours is healthy but it differs!)

2.) Eat healthy/ stay hydrated! It’s very important to do so because your body needs those things to survive.

3.) People! Believe it or not but you will benefit greatly by having someone around.
