They will also have a reason to maybe live and will have the heart to help other people like them. It improves my mental health by just having someone  to talk to, and it is my "go to" because they have someone that will pick up the phone no matter what happens. They will be there no matter what the situation is. It can help you health wise and just makes your soul feel better knowing that you have someone right by your side!
