This is where you need to tell me how you would budget yourself with only $30.00 for the week
Step 1 - Create a simple table with three different meal periods for each day of one full week Sunday thru Saturday.
Step 2 - Start filling in what you maybe could see yourself eating reminding yourself you are on a budget and fill in food, the products/brands and amounts you would eat if you needed to live on a small budget. ----No you can not copy and use my plan examples for your budget...be creative.
Step 3 - Create a Shopping list how much each of these items will cost, Make sure if you for instance are stating you are buying a dozen eggs, that you do not tell me in your chart that you used 14 eggs :) This can be done on the Side edge of your chart like I did for this step of Week One/Part One
When you are pricing out the Food Items you may only use Piggly Wiggly prices, Walmart Prices, or Meijer Prices.....You need to buy the entire package of an item in order to use it, just like you would at the grocery store.

I am looking for you to meet your dietary needs - Check it out on myplate.gov, but in short at least 1-2 cups of Fruits/Day, 2-4 cups of Veggies Per day, and 5-6 ounces of Protein per day in next budgeting project....This is going to be tricky, but if you actually go thru the materials, it will help you determine how you could actually be health on a budget, but guess what, planning is important, just like SMART goals, planning is the most important part of being healthy and living on a budget....Extra credit option available if you want - Please ask- but it will involve cooking and Eating :)
