It's not something only Brainly Plus has because I get unlimited answers and I use regular Brainly. Maybe you could try contacting Brainly. If that doesn't work, then try making sure you have a valid account. If you didn't recieve an email asking you to finish creating your account then that could be why. Other than that I don't know.
