I have a few questions about colleges. I would appreciate honest feedback!

What are universities that have a good reputation/ prestigious, and are easy to get into? (Top ranked schools with high prestige, high acceptance rate)

What are the best satellite schools? (Like satellites to top 10 colleges and/or DI colleges...)

Can you get into Harvard Extension School as an undergraduate? (after graduating high school, or is it only when you are enrolled in a university)

And finally...

How can I stand out in my application if I have no time to fit in a “spike”?
(I only have time for school and I cannot find time to start a nonprofit, or create a new school club... I am booked!)

The two colleges that I think are the best are Ohio state and MVNU

I took a tour of these colleges and they are great also u have to have good grades to get into good colleges and u need to apply for scholarships.
