Going to a concert, getting a haircut, and going to the doctor are examples of decisions. You decided to do all of those things - so it's your own decision that you willingly made. Services are what those people provide for you - musicians play music and that is their service, the hairdresser cuts your hair and that is his or her service, and the doctor treats you as a part of their service. Goods are things that you buy.
