a) can't be used to collect statistical information because your data would just be the name of one person, and would not include any numbers, percentages etc
b) can be used to collect statistical information because your data would be numbers and of value (you would get quantitative data)
c) could be used to collect statistical information because you can group together the data and find out what percent of the population has brown eyes for example
