Based on your experience as a student, how do you think your teachers and instructional materials address the goal
stated in Article 26 (2)? For example, what subjects and books address this goal?

Respuesta :

The goal of the article is to make the future voter an informed citizen.

Explanation:

The goal is achieved through the study of the social sciences and the history of the nation as well as cursory understanding of macro economics and how the world works in tandem to each other.

This is something that all students learn to play their part as a responsible citizen.

To be one, first and foremost, one would need to imbibe the values of the constitution in themselves.

Thus, it is taught in the school how to follow the Article 26 (2)

Answer:

Article 26 (2) discusses the importance of an education that respects human rights and supports harmony among social groups. Subjects such as history and sociology educate students about the importance of fundamental rights by revealing how various social groups such as women and slaves had to fight to acquire them. By teaching topics such as the American Civil War, Nazi Germany, and the world wars, teachers help students understand how social disharmony and inequality disrupts the well-being of society. Last year, I read a book for class called I Am Malala by Christina Lamb and Malala Yousafzai. It gave me a closer perspective on problems created by social conflicts.

This is the right answer for Edmentum and Plato users.
