The phases of cell division are : Anaphase, Metaphase, Prophase and Telophase enumerated in order. In this case,after the chromosomes are pulled to opposite ends of the cell in which this occurrence happens in the anaphase, the nucleic materials are divided from the parent cell to the daughter cells. this phase is the telophase.
