If you have a patient on a depression medication that has AIDS and the medicine you are supposed to give them cant mix with depression medication. If you don't give him the depression medication he will have a physcriactic Breakdown. Which medication should you give him?
Just wait for the depression medication to wear off because his physical health needs to be put first. If needed, find somewhere for him to be locked into and administer medicine that way. Otherwise see if you can find any other medicine
