Beatles scholar Wilfrid Mellers writes, "Revolver, Sgt. Pepper and Abbey Road are the three great milestones in the Beatles' career: Revolver because it was a breakthrough from the world of pop into a world that hasn't yet been categorized: Sgt. Pepper because it's the most comprehensively realized Beatle testament; Abbey Road because it's their most dangerous adventure".In your own words, what do you believe Prof. Mellers is trying to say in these descriptions? Do you agree or disagree with his findings? You must write at least 150-200 words to cover the topic briefly but thoroughly.

psychedelic start to appear in Revolver with the addition and emphasis of the sitar guitar, slower tempos, and drug lyrical references. This groundwork was further cemented in Sgt Pepper, an album making a statement with more whimsical, overt psychedelic energy. Abbey Road is considered one of the best Beatle’s albums because of how different it was. George Harrison, who was one of the more underrated Beatles, took the lead on two songs of Abbey Road. Also, the album focuses primarily on “feel good sounds” to make the listener feel engaged. Also, who doesn’t adore the brilliant lyric, “And in the end/the love you take is equal to the love you make.” Overall, I agree with the claims of Wilfrid Mellers....
