Situation: Monica is an inventor and has a developed a new product.

Monica: "The process of getting a patent is so confusing, not to mention expensive. I just do not know how I am going to do it, but it is the only option there is."

Patent is the rights you get for creating a new product which has never existed before and after this if the same product is done by someone then the second person will not get patent.

• Once your creativity is patented the rule is that, no one can copy and get patent stating that it is his / her own creative idea.
• You can copy your own product or produce multiple of your own product and sale for the best price. Where others cannot do this for your product unless you give the rights to do.
