Oedipus was a gain and loose novel all together.At first he was born in a king house but because of the oracle his father abandoned him and at a very little age he looses his father. Again he gained his position as a king but destiny made him worst then a beggar and because of that oracle his condition got worse.The one whom he gained as her lover, he even looses her because she turned out to be her mother. Thebes which he gained as a king he looses it as well as he was banished from there. Then his eyes at the end even he lost them.
