She wanted Macbeth to become king somehow. So she planned to kill king. Though Macbeth wants to become king he doesn't have a heart to backstab the king. Hence he doesn't wanted to do so. So Lady Macbeth in these lines says that " you became the king as promised but my worries are about how do you capture the crown, you are a man of kindness, you have to be powerful in order to seize the throne, but you dont want to do so, and also says these are the good qualities of good men. You dont want to cheat the king neither you want your ambition too. You're afraid to get what you need, you want it to be done by someone. And she fastens him saying that taking the crown may not be your wish but may be it is the god's desire and hence work to get that". She is manipulating him to get the crown
