Help i don’t understand

first of all you cannot solve that system in that format. You have to convert it to y equals MX plus b or slope intercept form. starting with the first equation , you would subtract before X from one side and end up attracting it from the other. So the new version would look like 2ys = 10 - 4x. from that point forward you would divide by two and end up getting y = 5 - 2x. moving on to the next equation, you need to convert 15y + 30x = 165. you would subtract the 30X from both sides and your equation would look like 15y = 165 - 30x. from there you divided by 15 and get Y = 11 - 2x. now to figure out how many solutions there are you set your two equations equal to each other . so now it would look like 5-2x=11-2x. now this seems even more complex than the original system but don't worry it's actually a lot easier than it seems . first thing you need to do is combine like terms that means adding 2x from one side to the other 2X. your equation should look like 5=11+0x. Combine like terms and it is now 16 = 0x. and now you can see that there are no Solutions because there's nothing you can plug X into that's going to make this equation true.
