Answer to this Question is Frame of Reference

Explanation:

Because every person has a unique frame of reference based on his or her own knowledge, experience, and values, the meaning of a message can never be exactly the same to a listener as to a speaker.

Yes, its very much true that each and every person has it own frame of reference and perception about different things, and through that frame of reference and perception, he or she sees the world, different situations and scenarios. One situation which one person is finding an interesting, can be totally boring fro another person. Likewise, one problem which one person is finding quite difficult, could be very easy for another person.

For example, if one person has some bad experience with swimming in his childhood, then when he grows up, if someone asks him to go for swimming in a pool or at beach, he might find it quite difficult in saying yes. Although it looks like quite enjoyable and fun activity but for that person's frame of reference, its totally dangerous and should be avoid at any cost or in any way.
