I say no for the first question because of safety reasons. Not everyone is a professional at skiing or snowboarding and can ride without falling. I say yes to the second question because it will help keep people safe if they know its the law. I also say yes to the third question because it will help prevent resorts getting sued and keeping people from being injured or possibly reviewed badly and people might not want to visit that resort and it end up being shut down. For the fourth question I say that it is a responsibility so you keep yourself safe.
