My diet
Breakfast: coffee with milk, water, sometimes ( rly rarely ) scrambled eggs with bacon and cottage cheese.
Snack: coffee with milk
Lunch: fast food, home-cooked meals, like green peas, meat, fish, poultry, salad, soup...
Snack: corn bar or coffee with milk
Dinner: something heavy, followed by snacks like chips, chocolate and others
Beverage: usually lots of water, sometimes Zero Coca Cola
Recommended diet:
At least five meals a day, breakfast being the heaviest, dinner the lightest.
Variations of veggies, fruits, poultry, red meat, fish, nuts...
Water, tea and coffee with no milk.
Sugar should be reduced to the maximum.
Dairy products like cottage cheese, milk, yoghurt and other products like soy milk, tofu, coconut milk, etc.
