The answers are pelvic girdle, sacrum, pubis, ischium, iilium , greater sciatic notch, acetabulum and obturator foramen respectively.
Figure is attached below.
Explanation:
Pelvic girdle is the largest complex bone system of human body. It's formed by fusion of 5 sacral vertebrae and 4 coccygeal vertebrae forming sacrum, the iilium, ischium, and the pubic bone. The iilium, ischium and pubis fuses to form single bone called os inominatum.
Two os inominata are joined with sacrum on both sides.
In the iilium, there are groves for the sciatic nerve which lets the sciatic nerve to pass from lumber region into the legs.
Acetabulum is the fossa for the head of the femur to get attached. It's formed by all the three bones.
Obturator foramen is formed by ischium and pubis through which passes the obturator nerve and obturator vessels.

The correct order is 1) pelvic girdle 2) sacrum 3) ischium 4) pubis 5) ilium 6) obturator foramen 7) acetabulum 8) greater sciatic notch.
What is the pelvic girdle?
It is a bony structure composed of the coxal bone. This is a plane bone that is originated from the fusion of three bones,
- the ilium → located in the superior region,
- the ischium → located in the posterior region,
- the pubis → located in the anterior region.
These three bones are separated during the firsts stages of development and end by fusing in adulthood.
The ilium is the highest region of the coxal bone, recognized for having a wing shape. It has a thick edge known as the iliac crest.
The pubis faces forward to the anterior region, forming an approximate rect angle. It is a thin bone with an articulated region that compose the pubic symphysis.
The ischium is facing the posterior region. On its interior side there is a bony crest that separates the iliac fossa -superior- from the pelvis -inferior-.
On the exterior side of the ischium there is the external iliac fossa, and under it, the acetabulum and the obturator hole.
The inferior edge is known as the ischio-pubic branch.
What is the sacrum?
It is a bony structure composed of five articulated pieces. There are transversal lines showing the fusion area of the five discs.
This bone is connected to the pelvis, forming the posterior pelvic wall. It provides strength and stabilization to the pelvis.
According to this, the correct order of the terms is as follows,
1- pelvic girdle
2- sacrum
3- ischium
4- pubis
5- ilium
6- obturator foramen
7- acetabulum
8- greater sciatic notch.
