It examines and study about the things like inflation, economic growth rate, GDP, unemployment changes and national income, price levels.  

Microeconomics deals with the decision structure of an individual who make up the larger economic system. In contrast to microeconomics, macroeconomics looks at the behavior and the performance of the economy wholly and not as smaller parts.
