Because of her life choices, she might have an anxiety attack. That's because there would be a lot of stress coming form all sides since she would be pressured from school to keep up with her work, as well as pressured by her body because she would not be leading a healthy lifestyle. If these two combined with the stress from the audition, she might have an anxiety attack or a panic attack that may ruin everything for her, and depending on the severity might even lead to her going to a hospital.
