The element that has the smallest atomic radius is TITANIUM.

In the periodic table, the value of atomic radii of elements varies across the period and down the group. Generally, the atomic radii decreases across the period and increases down the group. Looking at the element given in the question, you will notice that they all belong to one period and the last on that period is titanium, thus, it has the smallest atomic radii.
