People these days prefer to use cheques instead of cash for the payment that they have to receive or have to make to other people. The reason for this is that the cheques given to the people were written record of the transaction that has been made with the cheques and it is more safe than cash because it is easier to carry also. It can not be stolen by the thieves as it is in the case of cash.
