Hello! Some good tips for drawing Anime are, 1. Find an Anime you like the best, you can trace it and soon you will master it! 2. Believe you can do anything! You will get it right! And 3. Us weebs stick together!
Practice everyday...and I agree keeping your ideal art style in mind is great, but throughout time you might develop different art styles. Have patience too because drawing can be frustrating. :P
