False because it doesn’t matter what your GPA is to how many drinks you consume.

It is True that Students with a 2.0 GPA (C) consume twice as many drinks on average than  students with a 4.0 GPA (A).

Research has shown that students with a 2.0 GPA on average do not study enough because they engage in more social activities than students with a GPA of 4.0 which leaves them with less time to study than 4.0 GPA students.

At these social events and activities, there is a lot of alcohol being served and this is why it is said that students with a GPA of 2.0 drink more on average than students with a 4.0.

Of course there are exceptions to this rule which is why the research showed average figures and not individual ones.
