Why might it be a good idea to have a rule during classroom discussions that
each student may have 30 seconds to prepare a response to a question that
has been asked?
It would be a good idea that way they can develope questions faster. It can also help allow everyone to have a chance of talking. It also makes the person to think and develope what they are going to say before they say it.
