2. Pregnancy ( 9 months ):

It's an exciting yet new and challenging period of every woman's life.

Every person is scared of the unknown, but it all turns out to be okay.

It's very important that every woman gets the support and love she needs from her partner. She needs someone to assure her that everything is going to be okay and that they will get through it all together. If not a partner, a loving mother, an experienced grandmother or a caring best friend are as good as any husband and will provide us with unconditional love and support we need during this delicate yet life-changing period of our lives as women.

3. Giving birth:

A lot of hormonal and physical changes occur in a woman's body during pregnancy. Her looks will never be the same, her skin will never be scratch-free her thighs will never be as tiny as before. That's why any woman needs a stable and loving persona who will be there for her when she feels like everything is crushing down.

She needs to be told that she got this. That she is a great mother. That it's okay that her baby won't stop crying. It's okay that she feels bad due to lack of sleep and free time for herself. Everything will be okay.

4. Post pregnancy:

Many women experience some kind of depression post-partum.

There are three kinds:

Baby blues --  lasts for a few days. The signs that a person is dealing with baby blues: crying, insomnia, mood changes, fatigue, lack of concentration, etc. Almost 80% of new moms are dealing with it. No one knows it for sure what causes BB, but experts say that a lot of hormonal changes occur in a pregnant woman's body and it takes time for them to reach their balance.

PP Depression -- it's a more complex state than BB.

It lasts longer than two weeks and a woman should seek help if it doesn't stop after 14-21 days.

Some of the symptoms: hard time bonding with a baby, refusing to socialize with family members, troubles with eating, mood swings, crying all the time, anger, panic attacks, hopelessness, etc.

PP Psychosis --

It's very serious and a woman should seek help immediately if she notices any of these symptoms. In 21st century, everything PP related is curable thanks to experts and medicaments.

Some of the symptom: confusion, obsessive and unnatural thoughts that are related to the baby, delusion and paranoia, wanting to hurt both baby and herself, troubles with sleeping, excessive amounts of energy, hysteria, etc.

There are some mothers that experience the natural instinct the second the baby is born and are able to enjoy every second of their baby's life.
