In order to celebrate Earth's day, as the head of committee, I will create a relatively simple, but very efficient project that will have positive implications for several environmental issues. The project will be based around forestation.

An area will be chosen according to its characteristics
Plants will be chosen so that they can thrive in the chosen area
The goals of the forestation will be established
Going out on terrain and perform the planting of smaller plants and trees

The area that will be chosen will be on a good strategic location, but also an area that has been stripped of its vegetation and has problems with erosion. The characteristics of the area will be summarized, climate, elevation, relief, soil characteristics etc. In accordance to the characteristics of the area, suitable smaller plants and trees will be chosen so that they can thrive.

The goals of the forestation will be to decrease the local temperature, stop or minimize the erosion, increase the humidity in the area, and establishing a new habitat for numerous local species. Also, the area can be of economic benefit without any human intervention in the process, which can be achieved with using trees that produce fruits and nuts.

The final step will be to go out on terrain, and everyone involved to plant a particular number of particular plants.
