Signs of the Group are in the Norming Stage is a review and explanation of the Objectives of the Group, the emergence of friendship and cooperation between group members, begin to hear the opinions of other members and can identify strengths and weaknesses.

4. Performing Stage

The fourth stage is the stage of performing (Performing) where all group members can work and function fully. At this stage, all members have togetherness, confidence, creativity, initiative and high spirits and success.

5. Adjourning Stage

This stage is specifically for temporary workgroups. After a project is completed or a problem is successfully resolved, the working group will be dissolved.
