  • Healthy Diet: The person should make wise choices in eating food. He should avoid starchy foods, and foods high in carbs, and should avoid too much beverages because all such foods contribute in gaining weight.

So if a person wants to become fit, he should incorporate workout and balanced and healthy diet in his daily routine.
