Experts recommend that an adult should have five serves of vegetables and legumes a day in order to keep a healthy body.
3. Fruit, like: berries, pomegranate, banana, grapefruit, orange, etc.

Fruit is rich in some of the nutrients that are not consumed enough like: potassium, fiber, vitamin C and folic acid.
Eating fruit on the daily basis reduces risk from suffering from a chronic disease.
4. Dairy, like: milk, yoghurt, greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, goat cheese and some of the alternatives: soy, coconut, rice and almond milk. Tofu cheese.
Dairy is full of calcium and protein, which is great for maintaining a healthy bone structure.
It's important for heart's beating, muscles and forming blood clots.
5. Red meat, fish, poultry, eggs, walnuts, almonds, chestnut, peanut, etc.
Eating meat helps us boost our metabolism. It makes us feel full, so we won't overeat.
It's rich in iron, vitamin B, zinc, magnesium, etc.
