TRANSCRIPTION
Transcription is a process in which DNA is converted into mRNA. This process of transcription takes place in the nucleus. mRNA contains nucleotide bases like thymine, adenine, uracil, cytosine and guanine .the thymine pair with adenine guanine pair with cytosine .the DNA stand upon and is transcript in mRNA .enzymes are responsible for this process like RNA polymerase which binds to promoter region and transcription start and base-pairing rule are followed .mRNA move to cytosol having a cap in start and tail in end.
TRANSLATION
In translation, mRNA is converted into protein in the cytoplasm . in this process the mRNA bind to a smaller and larger subunit of the ribosome. tRNA bind to amino acid and has anticodon which is complementary to mRNA so bind to mRNA and read nucleotide sequence in pair of three .one after another amino acid joins according to the sequence of nucleotide on mRNA and ultimately protein is formed.
