there’s no such thing as fat love. just watch what you eat, eat everything in portions. try going for a walk around your block a few times a day, or try to just exercise whether it’s walking around your house, mowing the lawn, walking to the gas station to get something instead of driving. simple stuff that, everything makes a difference.
