Alright so analyzed the source and searched a couple things up and this is what I can pull out of this:
Vietnam was basically controlling Austrailian Newspaper. They showed pictures of innocent vietnamese citizens being tortured and other horrific acts in the newspaper, open to the public. This caused the public to be outraged. In the picture 'and causing litter in this street; by George Molnar, there is several things that indicate this. For example, the sign that says no conscripts for vietnam means that don't send anyone to vietnam, because they don't want to harm 'innocent people'. The Austraian citizens thought the Austrailian army wrre savages because of the fslse info Vietnam put in their newspapers. There is a draft card on the ground for the same reason, protraying the 'litter'. That is what I think the picture is showing about the social implications on Austrailia.
