The philosophy of natural rights of the framers was evident in the Preamble of the United States Constitution, which state, among many other things, that "We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that all are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness..."

The republicanism philosophy was evident when the delegates all agreed on adopting g republican form of government.

Much of the support for the Republic also became evident in the Federalist papers written by the likes of James Madison.

The philosophy of constitutionalism was also obvious among the framers of the United States Constitution. They all agreed on the superiority of constitutional government and why the constitution must be in a written form.
