To graph start with the y intercept, where x=0, y=3. Your first point is (0, 3)

and over one and plot your second point. In this case it is (1, 6). Or you could plot the other direction, down 3 left 1, for your point (-1, 0). Then simply draw a line between 2 points and you've graphed the equation.
