cups of sugar for every 3 cups of flour.
Suppose they use 27 cups of flour. How
many cups of sugar should they use?
If it is 2 cups of sugar for 3 cups of flour then to get to 27 from 3 you would multiply 3 by 9 to get 27 and do the same to the sugar. 2 times 9 equals 18
