tom is throwing darts at a target. in his last 30 throws tom has hit the target 20 times. you want to know the estimated probability that exactly one out of tje next three throws does not hit the tatget.
It would be 2/3 because the average out of thirty was 20/30 which reduced down to 2/3 which would be the overall probability no mater how many darts he throws.
