A period of cold spring will greatly affected the rabbit population because the vegetation will be lower means less food i available for the rabbit and decrease in population of rabbit. In winter season, the vegetation such as grasses stops growing due to unfavourable conditions which decreases vegetation so we can say that less food is available for the rabbits that decrease its population.
