There are 2 mythods of solving this type of question.

A = 1, B= -8 and C=16

First Method:

If B/2 = C^2 then x is equal to one value only, with that said you can write the answer as (x-[B/2])^2 OR (x-[ [tex]\sqrt{C}[/tex] )^2 Since B is negative you have to use negative in between x and B/2 value.

Second Method:

By using the formula \frac{-b+-\sqrt[]{b^{2}-4ac} }{2a}  [ If it doesn't appear right it's: (-b+-sqroot(b^2-4ac))/2a ]

\frac{-(-8)+-\sqrt[]{(-8)^{2}-4(1)(16)} }{2(1)}

the answer would be x=4 and x=4, since the answer is the same you could use the power of 2 instead of writing it twice, use (X-[Answer])^2 which is (x-4)^2.

Simply, the answer is (x-4)²

i believe the answer is x-4 squared to 2
