Answer: I will lead him with an example that the child can copy after I have finished , so I will count the object before him and then give him the opportunity to repeat after my counts.

Sometimes it is hard for the child to learn new things all alone and on their own but when the answer is being modelled it gives them the guide and the path to follow.
