The work will be done effectively and efficiently at a faster pace if everyone does what they are good at; each person will eventually put their maximum effort and without hustling because they will be doing what they are good at.

However if one person does everything the work will be too slow and probably not done perfectly as the person won't have much time to pay attention to what they are doing knowing that they have a lot that they need to get done .
