I would think the best answer would be option A "specific dates and times." Specific dates and times are very important to note when reading. If you are doing a reading assignment most will ask for dates and times when dealing with events and when has this event happened and what time. So, I would think it would be very important to keep the dates and times in mind. It wouldn't be option B because titles of people not even the names aren't really something you should keep in check, it's also not option C because key words are somewhat important but not as much when we are dealing with reading assignments.
