The dominant factors that influence the physical features on Earth are the natural factors, such as the geologic activities, volcanoes, weathering, erosion etc. Also, the humans have not been able to alter the Earth's surface for very long time, it has only been for few thousand years, and only in the past few hundred it has been more intensive. This doesn't mean that this will be the case in the future though, as with the growing influence of the humans their impact will be bigger and bigger.
