(For the first one, I included both good and bad things influences his health)

1).

•not smoking: this one is influencing his health, by reducing the chance of lung problems, but not fully.

•not going to medical professionals: now, this one goes in tune with the first one, because since his family had lung problems, it might be a problem that is not fully related to smoking, which he might have problems with, since his family did. And plus, even if you do everything to make sure you're completely healthy, going to the doctor just for checkups can make sure theirs no underlying problems.

•exercising/walking everywhere: this one is great! It can reduce his chance of obesity, therefore reducing his chance of heart problems and other problems related to obesity.

2). To maintain good health, for the most part he should contain what he's doing. But, I do recommend going to the doctor's, since he might have a chance for lung problems. Better to be save than sorry.

3). Wow, this one is problem. One thing that could be heavily a chance of, is obesity. Eating out, doesn’t only have effects on your heart and body, it can make you gain significant rate.

Plus, since she’s not exercising, it raises her chance for obesity.

4). Im guessing there’s a forth one to this, but you just didn’t have any room.

Recommendations: I suggest that she try to reduce intake of fastfood, and exercise more.
